The truth, what's good and what's not
Really good sea views with the hotel sitting right on the water's edge! Breakfast was excellent, providing everything one could desire. Staff were helpful!
Noise from the nearby bar significantly disrupted sleep at night. The gym facilities were disappointingly minimal and in need of urgent improvements.

Amazing view - the hotel is right on the beach with a view out to sea, and the glass balcony mean the view is uninterrupted. Stylish decor. Lively atmosphere in the bar and on the terrace overlooking the sea - lots of locals there...

Superb view from each room, like on the cruiser ship. Modern design of the hotel and rooms, plenty of space for storage in the room. Excellent location of the hotel half way between the marina and the old town....

The room was spacious and clean, perfect for our needs. The breakfast options were delicious and varied. Just a heads up, book your airport transfer in advance to avoid any hassle!
We experienced loud music from the bar that kept us up at night, quite annoying. We had to deal with it for two nights.

Classy conversion of a 70's building. Great food and excellent dessert place around corner. All rooms face onto the water. Very comfortable and classy.

Beautiful view of the sea and the restaurant from the balcony. Design of the room was simple and chich, very artistic and designer feel to it.
I felt service was very poor as upon check-in, there was no porter and I had to drag my big lugguage to check in and also to check out. As this is not a backpacker place, this service of having a porter should have been there.

The balcony view from my Double Room Sea View was amazing. Sitting out there with a coffee in hand was a highlight. The room was clean and had comfortable bedding, a nice space to relax. The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of tasty options, including excellent pastries and fresh fruits. The lack of USB sockets in the room was a bit frustrating. On a few nights, I could hear noise from the nearby bar, which disrupted my sleep. The gym facilities felt quite basic and needed some attention, though I enjoyed swimming in the sea.

I returned to Kos after a brief visit last year just so that I could stay again. The sound of the waves is wonderful! Everything was as I remembered it-- matchless view, comfortable and modern furnishings, ultra-helpful reception staff, and great location on the...

The view from the room and balcony was amazing; I loved our room with the palm tree outside.
The breakfast service was a bit hit-and-miss. I always had to find someone to ask for coffee, no-one ever came up to my table to ask and on one occasion, I had almost finished eating before I caught someone's attention. I think this let down what was otherwise an efficient service.

Right then, this spot was a proper treat! Wakin’ up to the sea view was the cherry on top, I tell ya. The brekkie spread was well tasty, with loads of choices. Only downside? The beach ain't the prettiest, bit murky. Still, I’d pop back in a heartbeat!

This hotel is a oasis of peace in the island of the massive tourist hotels. It is in an excellent location in the middle of Kos town right on the sea. A great wakeup view from your private terrace. The H2O restaurant in the hotel is sublime....
